The second floor has a lovely green roof space for tenant use. The Amenity Deck is open to tenants during building hours, and may be used for special tenant events after-hours, by reservation only, with Landlord approval. Please review the Amenity Deck Use Agreement (opens in new window). You may contact Property Management to check the availability or fill out a Reservation Request (opens in new window) and select “Amenity Deck Reservation Request.” There is a $250 reservation fee.

The second floor Conference Room may be reserved for tenant meetings, during office hours. The rental rate of $75 covers the first three hours, with $25/hour for each additional hour. Reservations must be made in advance, with payment due upon confirmation. Individuals reserving the room for use will be responsible for clean-up of the room or will be assessed janitorial fees.
