PARKING POLICY

Daily Rate:

• $6.00: First two (2) hours
  
• $10.00: 2-4 hours
  
• $15.00: 4-10 hours
  
• $25.00: 10-24 hours
  • NOTE - 10 min or less is free.
    

Tenant Visitor Parking:

• You will be provided with stickers to place on the parking tickets for visitor validation. Cost of parking will be per daily rate with a maximum of $25.00. You will receive an invoice each month for the cost of validations.

Garage Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 11:59 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM - 1:00 AM
• Saturday: 7:30 AM - 1:00 AM
• Sunday: 9:30 AM - 11:59 PM
  • NOTE - Guests parked in the garage without an access card will be subject to the lock‐out fee to retrieve their car afterhours.
• Tenants authorized for parking in the garage will be able to enter the garage at any time via the Peabody Street entry with their parking credential.

Clearance:

• Peabody Street deliveries: 14’
• Peabody Street Parking: 8’ 2” clearance at entry
• Guest & Tenant Parking: 7’ Clearance past parking arms

• Landlord not responsible for theft, damage or etc. to vehicles
